Little Man

Peyton turned 5 months old and was dedicated at church all in the same week.  Unfortunately, he has been very sick with ear infections, broncitis and thrush.  Needless to say, he had few moments of happy and more of sickly.  But we managed to push thru and get a few good pictures.  We had to skip the celebration party they had at church, which by the way, was beautiful and amazing.  And we ended up in the hallway with the kids during service on Sunday because they were too uncomfortable to be there.  But we made it across the stage without any tears and God knows where our hearts were!

Thank you to our family and friends who love Him and want the same things for him as we do.  First and foremost that he knows and loves our Lord and committs his life to Him!!!

We love you Little Man!

Lions and Tinkers

Halloween came and went,  Thankfully.  This year was quiet and stressful.  Ryan had to work, so I had to dress and drive two little ones to trunk or treat and run after a little Tinker because she didnt understand waiting her turn.  I must say I did have some pretty cute little characters this Halloween.  Ella had talked about being Jessie from Toy Story for weeks, but when we went to buy it, she changed her mind.  She was a beautiful little Tink!  Peyton had a little lion hat that I added a turned around onsie and old pair of pants to!  Then I pinned on a giraffe tail that I cut off a stuffed animal!  (yah, cheap, I know)

I must more enjoy the fall festivals and pumpkin patches over the over stimulation of a toddler high on sugar (not by my doing).  Heres to next year when I will again sort thru their candy and hide it for only me to eat!  ha ha ha

Fall Festival Time!

This past weekend we headed down to Hundsader Farms for their annual Pumpkin Festival!  What a fabulous day!  The weather was amazing, and our Kalil friends came along.  The girls had such a blast and Peyton did so well.  It was a funfilled day filled with so many smiles!

Another Month Has Passed!

Well, another month has come an gone and we are surprised at how fast its going! Peyton is 4 months old!  The most surprising part so far....he got his first tooth already.  And in a strange place too.  Today has been tough on him, with a fever and achiness.  Ella never had these symptoms so this is new to mama!

The next surprise is how much sister has started to love on Peyton.  It took her a while, but she is warming up and loves to hold him and love him!  Its sweet to watch her.  I hope their bond is strong when they grow up!

Peyton is happy, happy, happy!  There really isnt much that upsets him, except a tummy issue that he is supposed to grow out of.  He sleeps on his belly, though not thru the night! His stomach issues still wake him and until they pass we just have to deal.  He is reaching for toys, loves our pillowcases on our couch, spends a ton of time in his excersaucer, and his favorite time is bath time!  (whose isnt)   Dont put him in his car seat unless you bring a xanax along.  He hates it, and Ella hates that he hates it.  Its quite interesting when I travel with both.  Even if its across the street to Publix!

All in all, he is a fabulous addition to our family and we love his sweet personality and perfect little smile!  Not to mention his studly moves that will be sure to win girls over in the future!

Ella Goes to Preschool!

We found a geat little preschool for Ella to attend and are thrilled its dedicated to an early learning of our Lord and based on biblical teaching!  It is at one of the United Methodist churches in our area.  The Growing Place seemed like a perfect fit and Ella started her first day today!  We are so excited to watch her "bloom"!!!  She will attend Thursdays and Fridays for half days!  Today was a bit of a challenge, I looked at my clock 4oo times before I could leave to pick her up!!  She said she had fun, and seemed to have really enjoyed it!

Funny Man, 3 Months!

He will steal your heart with his sweet little smile and make you crazy if you put him in a car seat!  He is full of funny and I am in love!
Peyton is three months old!

His big eyes are always in wonder!  They are full of curiosity (or fear)!

He laughs and smiles, especially when I approach him!  I wont lie, it makes me melt!
He is weighing 13lbs and is 23 inches long!
He is our little man, and we are thrilled he has completed our family!
