Fun At The Park

Today we took a little outdoor adventure to a local park and hiked a little trail with Ella!  It was a gorgeous day in Florida and Ella loved the sunshine in her baby bjorn!  Her big pink sun hat is from Grammy and it was so adorable! Sure made her blue eyes stick out!  It was a fun time and we are so glad we found a pretty park close by!

3 Months!

We cant believe Ella is already three months old.  Where has the time gone?  Slow it down!  Today, Ella has reached the "turn the corner" age!  She is 12lbs (75%), 23in long (70%), and has a huge head 41cm (95%)!!!!   She sleeps thru the night like a log!  Goes a good 10 hours with only one feeding!  Its marvelous! She still has blue eyes and pink lips! She has amazing long eyelashes and pretty brown hair! Ella knows who mommy is for sure!  I think I may have spoiled her!  She is easily fussy for anyone but me!  (I secretly love it, but know Ryan hates it).   She, as her Aunt Jen calls her, is high maintenance.  She has to be rocked to sleep, have lots of "white noise" on during nap time, easily frightens, hates her tummy time, and rarely calms for anyone but me.  Yes, I know, she needs to get over it, but she does spend quite a lot of time with me. 

Things she does:  Coo's, smiles, sticks her tongue out at you, holds your fingers, holds her head up so good, loves her bath time, laughs at you, has rolled over from tummy to back a few times, poops like crazy, sucks on everything around, eats like a pig, and loves like crazy! 

We expect the next few weeks to be fun, as she is supposed to hit a few milestones like holding her head up all the way, rolling over more, being less fussy, eating more and starting rice cereal. 

Shes a treat though, the bad times are outweighed by our love for her.  She just needs a lot of TLC!  Which, I am up for giving her! 

She melts my heart every time I pick her up and Ryan and I are so blessed by her little, beautiful life!

Daddy and Me!

Ella loves her daddy!  She loves when he makes his funny faces at her and blows his tongue at her, it makes her giggle and smile!  She loves when he rubs her face with his finger and sings her "their" song!  Last night he woke her up from her nap (or she would have not slept last night) and she was so sweet on his shoulder!

All Things New

This past week, Ella and I traveled over to Melbourne to spend the week with Grammy and Grandpa, Aunt Jen and Cousin Ari!  Ella experienced a lot of "new" things!  She had her share of "firsts"  and it was a lot of fun!

Saw her first shuttle launch.

Swam (layed in Grandpa's arms) in a pool.

Went to the beach.

Slept thru the night.

Met her Cousin Ari.

We had such a relaxing time and it was so nice to be with family.    But we sure missed daddy!!!

Baby Dedication

Mothers Day was such an extrodinary day for me.  I was overwelmed with joy in celebrating it with our little girl.  Not only did I get to love on her all day and bathe in the wonder of being her mom, I held her in my hands as we dedicated her life and our responsibility of raising her, to the Lord. She was such a little angel during the dedication and didn't cry at all!  I was so proud to be standing up there with her and her daddy!  We cant wait to see what the Lord is going to do in her life and are so thankful He trusted us with her life!!

I Love My Bath Time!

Mommy doesnt have a lot of time to type long descriptions of my little life!  So pictures do the describing!  Bath time is my favorite time of the day!  I love it!
